Since every model is made from scratch by hand, a minimum of 7 days is required from the date of order to dispatch. The actual time may vary depending on the complexity of the design.
📸 Before placing your order:
Please provide clear reference images of the model you want us to create. Multiple images from different angles are recommended for better detailing.

When will I get my order?
- Custom clay models require a minimum of 7 days from the date of order to dispatch.
- Once dispatched, delivery will take 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
- Estimated total delivery time: 10–14 business days from the date of order.
- Please note that the 7-day production period is required because every model is handmade and customised individually.
Return policy
Since our products are made to order and personalized, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

Shipping
We offer shipping across India. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link so you can monitor its delivery status. We carefully pack every order to ensure it reaches you safely and in perfect condition.
