Available payment methods may include online payment options such as cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, and other methods supported by the payment gateway.

Cash on Delivery (COD) may not be available in certain locations or for certain orders.

Payments made through the website are processed by third-party payment service providers. DecorEdge does not directly store complete credit card, debit card, or other sensitive payment credentials.

By making a payment, you agree to comply with the applicable terms and conditions of the payment service provider.

8. Shipping and Delivery

DecorEdge works with third-party logistics and courier partners to deliver orders.

9. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only until they are dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

10. Customized and Personalized Products

DecorEdge may offer customized or personalized products where customers can provide their own names, text, photographs, artwork, or other information.

Customers are responsible for carefully checking all customization details provided to us, including:

Images
Design preferences
Other customization instructions

Before production, DecorEdge may share or reconfirm the artwork/design with the customer for approval.

Once the artwork has been reconfirmed/approved by the customer, changes to the design may not be possible.

Customers should carefully review the final artwork before providing approval.

Customized products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable except where covered under our Return & Refund Policy, such as eligible transit damage.

11. Customer-Provided Content

If you provide photographs, artwork, logos, text, graphics, names, or any other material for a customized product, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights, permissions, or authorization to use and reproduce that content.

You agree that your submitted content will not:

Infringe another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights.
Contain unlawful or fraudulent material.
Contain content that is abusive, hateful, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate.

DecorEdge reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or decline an order containing content that we consider illegal, infringing, offensive, inappropriate, or otherwise unsuitable for production.
